Slash Dance is not a movie you're likely to easily find on DVD.

The only listings I've seen are the Drop Dead Gore-geous 4 pack and the Night Chills 10 pack.

I'll tell you a bit about the Night Chills 10 pack.

Video:

1.33: This is the “full-screen” ratio. The quality is tolerable at best. It's pretty fuzzy with bleeding colors.

Audio:

2.0: The audio is likewise bearable but far from impressive.

Packaging:

The set has each disc in a multi-tray plastic case. You can read more details about the whole set in the Night Chills (10 pack) guide.

Extras:

There are no extras of any kind.

Other Editions:

All of the movies in the Drop Dead Gore-geous 4 pack are also in the 10 pack which leads me to believe the quality of the presentations are going to be exactly the same. There are no extras listed.

Final Thoughts:

I seriously doubt many people are looking specifically for Slash Dance, but on the off-chance you are I'll tell you that I don't think any of the movies in the 4 pack are worth the effort. The 10 pack at least offers a few mildly amusing flicks along with this one.
